August Empties (Cruelty Free Edition)

Every product mentioned in this blog post isn't tested on animals!

Can you believe that we're in September now? August went really quick but at the same time kinda slow if that makes sense. I bet you all a pound that we see some sort of Christmas advert in the next two weeks. For me the countdown to Christmas kinda starts now, I just love that time of the year. Although, I much prefer the countdown to Christmas than the actual day of Christmas. I've said that word too many times now so I'm just gunna crack on with this post.

First thing I'm going to mention is the T Zone Clear Pore Gel Face Wash. It wasn't anything special, I didn't get amazing results from then but then again *touches wood* my skin has behaves pretty well as a whole. It does do a pretty good job of removing makeup though.

Moving on over to the Cup o' Coffee scrub from Lush. I was so so about this product. I liked the results it gave me but I just found the product to be really messy. When having a shower, I always exfoliate my skin and when I used this scrub, it went everywhere in the shower and even on the walls! I'll just be sticking to Ocean Salt from now on.

I love the Anti Dandruff shampoo from The Body Shop, it smells great and does wonders to my hair. Dandruff isn't something that I suffer with 24/7, but when there's a change in the weather i.e. going hot to cold and vice versa I find that my scalp does get a bit dandruff-y. Besides, even if I didn't have dandruff, I would still love this product as it makes my hair feel amazing after!

A product that I was surprised that wasn't tested on animals is the Batiste dry shampoo. Now, I've been a dry shampoo lover for years, I think I bought my first bottle when I was 14/15 and haven't stopped ever since. I never use to get greasy hair till I hit puberty and now it's been the bane of my life ever since. There's not much to report on this dry shampoo as they're always popping up on my empties post!

The final thing I'm going to mention in this post is the Original Source Coconut and Shea Butter shower gel.Quite possibly the best scent for the summer (I'm so glad summer is over and done with now.) I don't think you can really go wrong with a coconut scent, it's probably one of my favourite scents!
